Our story is a good one.

The Good Food Truck and Trailer—programs of the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf—began as an opportunity to address food insecurity faced by many fellow Vermonters. Since receiving startup grants, we have been working with, and receiving support from many fellow Vermonters—from our many retailers, restaurants, and farms, to all of our local community members—to positively impact and provide crucial resources and healthy meals to those facing food insecurity. We are grateful to all of you and excited by the success your continued support has created.

This year we have expanded our “team” to include The Good Food Truck Trailer! Click here to meet our newest addition.

It takes a community to keep the Good Food Truck running.  If you’d like to volunteer  to cook or serve community meals or help us out at an event, use the contact us button or click here to drop us a line!
